Motion 5
The Principles of Motion 5 Wellness is a meeting point of many different facets of our lives : the scientific, the interpersonal, the way we eat, the way we eat, the way we deal with our emotions.

Healing involves interpersonal relationship, between individuals and those whom they invite to be in healing relationship with them.

We need to learn how to care for our bodies, how to limit stress, and do more of what we love, stop isolating ourselves, find out our spiritual centre and begin living, eating better and getting rid of risk behaviors that will eventually make us sick. In many ways, it is up to us to set the path for our own future.

More importantly, in these changes, perhaps we will discover that the secret to healing lies within each of us and when we discover this secret, we will begin to listen to the natural cycles of living.
